Disclosures
Last updated 26 September 2026
Regulatory status
We act as a distributor of mutual funds and other financial products. We are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, and we do not provide investment advisory, financial planning or research services. You can verify our ARN on the AMFI website.
Commission disclosure
Mutual fund investments made through us are in the Regular Plan of each scheme. Regular Plans carry a higher expense ratio than Direct Plans because they include commission paid by the asset management company (AMC) to the distributor. As a distributor, we cannot transact in Direct Plans for our clients.
We receive trail commission from AMCs as permitted by SEBI. Commission rates differ across AMCs, schemes and categories. Before you invest, we disclose the commission we receive on the scheme being suggested and on competing schemes from which it was chosen. The current scheme-wise commission schedule is available on request at admin@novuswealth.in.
For other products we may also receive a distribution fee or commission from the product manufacturer or platform. This includes Portfolio Management Services, Alternative Investment Funds, NCDs, corporate FDs, MLDs and bonds, and referrals to partner platforms for direct equity. These are disclosed in the relevant offer documents and to you before you invest.
We do not pass back or rebate commission, and we do not offer gifts or other inducements to invest.
Products and empanelment
We distribute schemes of the mutual funds we are empanelled with. The list of AMCs we are empanelled with is available on request. The information we provide is limited to the products we distribute, and you may also consider other products that we do not offer before making an investment decision.
Direct equity (Indian and US) is offered only through outside partner platforms, under their own terms and account-opening processes. Novus Wealth introduces clients to these platforms and may receive a referral fee; it does not execute trades, give stock recommendations, or hold client funds or securities.
Risk disclosures
Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. Please read the Scheme Information Document (SID), Statement of Additional Information (SAI) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) before investing.
PMS and AIF
Portfolio Management Services require a minimum investment of ₹50 lakh and Alternative Investment Funds a minimum of ₹1 crore per investor (subject to SEBI's exemptions for accredited investors). These products are typically concentrated, may be illiquid or have lock-ins, can use leverage (Category III AIFs), and carry higher risk. Read the disclosure document or private placement memorandum carefully. Returns are neither assured nor verified by SEBI.
Direct equity and overseas investments
Equity investments can lose value. Overseas investments are made under the RBI's Liberalised Remittance Scheme and carry currency, tax and jurisdictional risk.
Fixed income and structured products
NCDs, corporate FDs, market-linked debentures and bonds carry credit, liquidity and interest-rate risk, and MLD payouts depend on the linked market variable. Corporate FDs are not bank deposits and are not covered by DICGC deposit insurance.
Information on this site
Market data, the news desk and market updates are compiled from public sources, partly with the help of automated tools. They may be delayed or contain errors and are provided for general information only. Company mentions are factual reporting and are not recommendations to buy, sell or hold any security. We do not publish brokerage calls or target prices. In the Global macro section, sectors in focus describe the ways a development can reach an industry. They are not a view on any sector, company or security, or on where prices will go. The NSE, BSE and Reserve Bank of India names and logos in the market strip are marks of their respective owners, used only to label the data shown; Novus Wealth is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Company names and logos shown on the news desk are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the company a news item relates to; they do not imply any endorsement of, affiliation with, or recommendation of that company.
The return calculator uses an assumed constant rate that you choose. Its output is illustrative, is not linked to any scheme or product, and is not a projection or indication of returns. Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or scheme.

Grievance redressal
- Write to us first. Email admin@novuswealth.in with the subject "Grievance", your name, folio or transaction details and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
- Scheme or transaction issues. For issues with a mutual fund scheme or transaction, you may also contact the AMC concerned or its registrar (CAMS or KFintech).
- Escalation to regulators. Complaints against AMCs, portfolio managers and other SEBI-registered entities can be lodged on SEBI SCORES, and unresolved disputes can be taken to online dispute resolution through SMART ODR. Concerns about a distributor's conduct can also be reported to AMFI at contact@amfiindia.com.
Fraud alert
Novus Wealth will never ask for your OTPs, PINs or passwords, promise guaranteed returns, or ask you to pay money into a personal bank account or a third party's account. Mutual fund payments go only to the respective AMC's account in the investor's own name. If you receive a suspicious call, message or WhatsApp group claiming to be from us, do not respond and report it to admin@novuswealth.in.
